If we did not loose the URL, why not redirect traffic to the temp site until the old site gets fixed? Did we loose the web URL or did we lose the forum only?

Just log into your godaddy account & redirect the traffic to this boat. It is free to do so. The web traffic never goes through the bad server but get redirected here instead.
